I just downloaded her new book and must say I LOVE this simple and often forgotten characteristic that we all have. Kindness is something that is innate in all of us but we get caught up in our day to day tasks. This book reminds you and keeps you focused on the things that matter in life and business, and that is how you make people feel and remember you…kindness will always win and open doors! Can’t wait to finish it! Well done and haven’t read a book like this before….EVER! GET THIS BOOK!

Author brought out many things that I would not normally think about. Appreciate the suggestions given throughout the book. Learned about the difference between being nice and being kind. How to navigate from being too nice (Where I found myself in areas) to being kind, connecting and earning trust, being yourself. Would recommend this for anyone as a good read.

I like the fact that Adrienne is a person of kindness. I use this book to remind me that choosing to be kind keeps me at my best. In her book, “Your Hidden SuperPower, The Kindness That Makes You Unbeatable at Work and Connects You With Anyone,” our friend Adrienne Bankert (ABC News and Good Morning America) delivers refreshing and enlightening insight into being the best you, and your ability to give others access to encounter the same!

There are SOOOOO many things that I loved about this book! One of my favorite parts of is when Adrienne states, “Kindness is following impulses that will cause no harm, are totally selfless, and sometimes seem like they make absolutely no sense”. Sometimes you just get this feeling or impulse to act on something that will bring kindness into someone else’s world … Like Adrienne, I’ve been on both ends of this scenario and can say, without a doubt, that it always puts a smile on two faces – both yours and the person on the other end of the act of kindness. It’s a win-win! She calls it “Spontaneous Selflessness”. I even love the name!As the founder of a small non-profit whose mission is to spread kindness in memory of our son, our beautiful 10 year old boy (now 14 years old in Heaven) who loved to perform random acts of kindness, I gleaned so many inspiring and helpful tidbits all throughout Adrienne’s book! It’s going to be a sort of study guide for me if you will.I plan on purchasing more books to give away not only to our social media followers but also to family and friends. I firmly believe that everyone in the world should own a copy of this book right now!!Thank you Adrienne for being such an inspiration, amazing role model, and mentor to so many. (If you’re ever doing a book signing in the Raleigh, NC area I will be the first in line! Hint, hint 😉)I have a lot of work to do. I have been held back recently from fear and your book has helped me to gain the strength I need to move forward, releasing the fears that have been holding me back for so long. For that I can’t thank you enough ❤️You are a bright light in this world during a time that we all need as much light in each day as we can possibly find. I can’t recommend this book highly enough!

This girl is from Fort Worth 🙃 I also have the audiobook version to listen while driving. Has some good insights and brought a few things to light. It will challenge you and will polish your rough edges (which we all have). While battling social unrest/injustice and COVID-19, this is a great reminder that we all can be better amid the chaos in summer 2020

This book helped me to reconnect with myself. It is a subtle reminder to be aware of your behaviors and to be mindful of how being courteous helps us to open doors for greater things. As someone who is introverted, I needed the words in this book. It’s like I was able to see myself..the good side of me that I had suffocated due to societal norms.

Learning how easy and simple true kindness IS…how soulful a gift and at times … a tool to break through to people in dire pain! NOW, I use a smile more often and realize that sometimes, just LISTENING is a powerful gift! Yep… read this and be uplifted! 😌

THIS! BOOK! IS! AMAZING! Your Hidden Superpower by Adrienne Bankert is the best non-fiction self help book I’ve read so far this year. It’s among my top 5 favorite self help books overall. Ms. Bankert put into words what I practice and hope to inspire others to be; Kind, Most of us know what kindness is, but what really captivated me was how Ms. Bankert shares stories and personal experiences giving us examples of the response we get by putting kindness into practice. Kindness is unbeatable. Spreading kindness is rewarding. She shows us how important it is to use our authentic inner kindness and flex that “muscle” to strengthen it. We need more Kindness during these difficult times. Kindness is the key to our well being, those around us and getting ahead in life, no matter what career you pursue.I highly recommend Your Hidden Superpower by Adrienne Bankert to anyone who wants to seek a happier and healthier lifestyle, career and succeed in all aspects of life, I believe I have mastered Joy, Now Kindness is my new word for the year, I will actively share public posts to spread Kindness though my social media outlets.

Before reading this book I always thought kindness to have a soft, “push over” tone, but Adrienne invites readers to reframe it as a superpower to make us unbeatable in all aspects of life! This reframing is esp. important in these times when the world can use more kindness! Not only did this book make a case for Kindness, but it also gave practical ways to embody/implement it into our lives and for all these reasons Im giving this review a 10/10. I would esp. recommend for anyone who needs a second wind or searching for meaning in their workplace. It’s a reminder that you ARE the light!

Kindness is such a rare character I see nowadays. News nowadays are full of stories of how cruel human beings are towards others, and that not only includes fellow humans but also against nature and animals. This book is a breath of fresh air. It provides inspiring examples on how kindness can be a force for good. Although acts of kindness are rarely newsworthy, this trait is what keeps us grounded as human beings.I experienced the audio version of this book and I can say how impactful that the author herself narrated the book. Her voice tone conveyed the right emotion as she shared her stories.I was once told by my old boss that I was too kind, that I would not be able to drive the performance of a new team. I disagreed. Even though I can’t articulate it at that time, this book provides the case of why kindness is such a great trait to make a difference in others lives.
