I’ve read countless books on the topic of sleep, and most of the information is repetitive. Rarely do I learn anything. But as jaded as I am, thinking there’s nothing new in this realm, I was ecstatic with The Business of Sleep. This work is outstanding and helpful to anyone wanting to learn more about sleep and how to get more. I’m shocked at the low number of reviews. Buy this book and review it. And sleep well tonight!

I was lucky enough to see Vicki Culpin speak at a health and wellbeing event at the NEC in 2018 and she was one of the most influential speakers I’ve ever heard. I bought her book as soon as it was published. It’s an excellent book explaining how having a good sleep routine is essential for both the induvual and businesses. A must read for anyone interested in sleep and the harmful effects of not getting Enough. A highly recommended read.
