Great direction for young leaders and for those who need to lead with empathy.
This book was written with one thing in mind: helping leaders improve their leadership skills. Whether you’ve just begun leading others or are an experienced leader who seeks a way to engage your team in a new way, this book provides real-world experiences in a workbook style that is easy to read and implement. While Nicole steeped this in research, the content is not stiff. It’s approachable, engaging, and REAL.
