As Paul Barbour mentioned in the Sheev Livestream a few weeks ago, we must ask ourselves:
‘How do they do conflict around here?’ to explore the systemic and cultural factors at play.
It’s not just about different companies or regions, but also about subcultures within an organization. Just because we think we understand how conflict is approached in one part of the organisation, it doesn’t it will be the same throughout.
Let’s start the conversation on creating a culture of healthy conflict resolution.
