The activities range from easy to set up to ones that are a bit more involved. I was pleased that many aspects of diversity are included among the activities here. I did an hour long training session in which 35 people took part. We did two of the cultural diversity activities and the participants were very receptive. Feedback was very positive and many participants indicated that they would like more such training.

This book is meant to be used by a group of people. Provides activities, but mostly expects group members to learn from each other.
