I’m happily surprised that I picked up more data to increase my knowledge than expected, I;m glad I followed my creative intuition to take a chance in purchasing Hustle Harder Hustle Smarter even with my logical awareness that I am outside the intended target audience demographic. I’m previously familiar with some of his music because around 2003/2004 when I was living in California (through the navy) some of his songs were very popular on some of the radio stations and it was pretty easy to also listen to some of his music videos online. This kindlebook Hustle Harder Hustle Smarter by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is parts mentorship-like and parts autobiography. The author goes into explain some of the multiple reasons why his mother’s death when he was so young indirectly influenced his boldness and courage. He is also candid about both the good and far from easy dynamics of his family life which that disclosure in of itself makes things relatable, a persuasive case is built on why increased clarity is extremely essential when going after what one wants, the author explains why a person must do what they can to keep their momentum even when having to navigate around certain expected andor unexpected challenges, the author explains some of the multiple reasons why even many people working in more prestigious career fields andor at the tope of their career fields are far from immune to the peaks and valleys (stockbroker, schoolteacher, musician etc), details are given in how the author came to trust his instincts, multiple supporting details are woven in why knowing one’s value including some of the ways he helped advise one of his friends towards regaining their self confidence in the knowing one’s value realm, persuasive examples are given on how a person can train themselves to metaphorically/intuitively see the writing on the wall with multiple analogies given (example of movie streaming given), what the author symbolizes in connection with expanding your mind via your circle, the author’s candid acknowledgement of why he attracted many successful women from multiple walks of life (lawyers, doctors, actresses, entrepreneurs etc) and how this is of interest to readers of various walks of life, an entertaining chapter pertaining to friends and more.

It’s amazing to get an inside perspective on this living legend amongst us. More than an entertainer, 50 Cent is a business icon. Any opportunity you get to delve into greatness, should be appreciated. The fact he’s offering such wisdom at such an affordable price… is utterly priceless. This book is a modern day equivalent to Napoleon Hill’s legendary book, “Think And Grow Rich” in my estimation.

This book Dives deep into modern day Millennial struggles, but also the struggles of those who believe that nothing must be earned teaching that it’s not just the youth that have the issue with a sense of entitlement. The mentality from the hood and from the rich is articulated in the words of someone who has learned and accepted the challenge in the game of life. It doesn’t stop there though providing a pathway to break that mentality and become a better version of yourselfis the true message behind this novel!

I’ll be honest, I only read this because it was free in kindle unlimited, but I’m glad that I did! There were more pieces of wisdom and advice in this than in many of the business or personal development books that I’ve read-and I’ve read hundreds. So much of the current advice out there is basically to do less, that we’re working too much or too hard. Any person who has a business and is serious about continuing to reach levels of success knows that advice is laughable. It was refreshing to have the reminder that being great means great effort. I definitely recommend!

Phenomenal book from the legend Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson. I’m almost done with it and it’s easily on my list of Top 10 Self Help books. Easy to read. Well written. No excessive use of “big words.” Just straight to the point. I love the way he uses his personal experiences to help the reader understand the lessons and values throughout this book. I highly suggest this book if you want to become a great entrepreneur. Or just an evolved human being. You won’t be disappointed either way. I promise.

Many people I know dont like 50. Its typically rooted in what they know to be true of his relationship with his son or his “trolling” online. Being a business-minded person, I always knew that there was more to his moves and how he conducted himself. This book gives you a more in depth look into his strategic mind and his heart, while giving keys that we all could benefit from in our own personal and professional endeavors. Dont let your preconceived view of him make you miss out on these lessons. This was definitely the best book I’ve read from an artist-turned-businessman.

A total eye-opener. Here was presented a blueprint for life success from a celebrity reality that completely camouflaged the media portrayal of Mr. Curtis Jackson. Brilliant insights into the nature of entrepreneurial achievements woven into a tapestry of near impossible ghetto life escape mindsets, Fitty proves that indeed “all things are possible to those that believe.” Know your value, take 100% responsibility for your life, and get after exactly what you want.I recommend this book to family, friends, and anyone searching for a solid study to add to their inspiration library.

This book is written extremely well! 50’s story and his attributes resonates with me throughout every chapter I read. I was born in Connecticut and was raised in the projects until I was about 22 years old. I too started at a young age hustling the streets and did my thing to help catapult my lifestyle to much higher success than anyone could imagine. This book gave me a perspective that everything I did in my life was worth it and I wouldn’t change a minute of my past.Your mindset, your attitude = your success! This was a great book. It gives different point of view that many people can relate to. I read the 50 law of power twice I really enjoyed it. So I decided to check this book out. 50 is really becoming one of my favorite authors and motivators. This is my first review writing on a book, but I would recommend it to anyone, no matter what profession, race, or gender.

While its clear that 50 Cent has amassed a huge amount of success in his own life I was not particularly hopeful that he would be able to articulate what principles have led to his success. I could not have been more wrong. In fact, if there is one thing that makes this book better than its contemporaries it Is that he speaks genuinely, plainly and his advice is practical. This book feels usable, one of the things that makes this book so usable is that its laced with real examples from the author’s life that illustrate how the referenced principles have helped him in a particular situation. As a consumer of the self improvement; one of my major complaints is that the authors really don’t have much credibility. Sure, some of them have a few examples of some minor successes, or stories about a principle working in their personal lives. 50 Cent’s advantage in writing this book is that, his examples involve people we all know, and his success speak for themselves. In total, this probably isn’t a life changing book but if you are a 50 cent fan or a self improvement fan it is worth the price

Curtis shares his journey to success personally, physically and professionally while overcoming obstacles. My take aways from this book were:The importance of having a growth mindset, especially for the long game. Patience. Persistence. Motivation. Resiliency. Awareness (of self and surroundings). Financial education and fitness. Personal appearance / First impressions. Establishing fruitful relationships with people from different walks of life and cultures. Gratitude, appreciation and genuine interest in the advancement of others.A great read for anyone with a growth mindset who seeks inspiration learning from others during their personal life journeys. My favorite chapter: The Entitlement Trap. A great way to end a dynamic book!

This book allowed me to learn about 50 Cent in a different light. I wasn’t learning about the rapper, I was learning about the businessman, the entrepreneur, the poised gentleman and the critical mind thinker. This book is definitely recommended as a self-help book if you need to change some of the ways that you interact with other individuals whether it be professionally, socially, or romantically.

I opened this book not only a fan of 50 Cent/Curtis Jackson but as a curious mind as to what makes 50 Cent unique. Immediately you are absorbed into his world and will begin to see the world as how he viewed it as a kid and now. I appreciate the fact he delivered on some of his recent events and why he reacted the way he reacted in such cases where he was collecting money using Instagram as a tool. I highly recommend you read the book with your strong views on 50 Cent and to see if they change once you complete the read. I’m interested on what you will have to say afterwards.

A book without the fluff. There was only one area in the book that I thought was judgmental because he’s still a “baby” in the sense (reference his grandfather’s quote) which was non-business related and did not take anything away from the value the author shared about business. I saw and read the book in the library and had to purchase it to have as my own. Really a good book!

I read a lot and can normally finish a book in just a few days but I savored this one! I read a few pages and then just sat with the story and the lesson and felt all the emotions! I didn’t want to read it fast it was just too good. You are not doing yourself any favors by not buying it. I have a new perspective on him as an artist and a man. I am new to the acting industry and initially bought it just to gain insight on someone who I would like to work with one day but wow! SO GOOD! Filled with so many lessons and honestly motivated the hell out of me! Stop Scrolling, just hit that BUY NOW button and you can thank me later 😉

I purchased the book in order to gain potential insight into how the corporate world interacts with the streets from 50 Cent’s / Curtis Jackson’s perspective. Do corporate executives shy away from business dealings because of your street history? Are they cocky? Scared? Do you have to be assertive, subtle, or creative to gain their trust to close deals? His book delivered that insight plus much more valuable information on a more personal level by discussing his experience with friendships, marriage, raising children, etc. There are a number of issues he spoke on that are relatable to common people that you would think could be solved once you “make it,” but come to find out, that doesn’t necessarily happen. He really opened up and shared a lot of his thought processes and inner emotions in different settings, allowing the reader to understand his moves. There’s a lot more I can say, but just get the book and read it for yourself. The jewels he drops are valuable, pick ’em up.

The book was well written and designed for younger and older generations who need an awakening on how to handle you business and develop the correct mindset to step forward in life. He touches on tough topics of his personal life and compares it to his rules of success and key mindsets to possess if you ever encounter to similar things he has encountered. Great perception of life and overall a really good business and personal book written for adults who a need wake up call. Tell a friend to tell a friend to stop scrolling through social media and go pick up this book. I finished this book in 3 days listening to it through audio while I worked and it motivated me 1000% and gave me such a different outlook on how I viewed certain situations and you too will probably see that the “gansta persona” he carried for years is just like me and you mentally. Stop reading this review and just go read the f**king book. GREAT JOB Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson!

I may not be rich as 50 but I’ve been through some of the same struggles as him and the first few chapters resonated with me especially when people feel like once they made it, you have to move back to the hood and give back. I was like that and people was constantly telling me that you have out grown that place just move. Finally I did and even though I love Port Arthur it can be a black hole, draining all the life out of you.

Almost the typical life mindset info, but from a former street hustler’s point of view to help others like him who may not pick up a Jack Canfield’s book on success. The picture shows a snap shot of a page with my underlinings. In green ink, of course. 😉He surprised me with his knowledge and use of the word “energy” throughout and “writing on the wall” terminology, and meeting people that are different from him that helped him reach next levels, i.e. a Caucasian history buff; and statements like, he’s always learning. If you’ve created success, he wants to pick your brain and know how. 🙃 Stuff like that.Hustle is not really needed when your energy is good and flowing in sync with what’s presented, by life, to you. You know, signs, synchronicities, and magic. 🎩FYI… I foolishly walked away from meeting him in Menlo Park Mall in NJ, this past Spring. As I was having a panic attack, I saw a Black entrepreneur, at his product table, enthusiasticly greet someone who looked exactly like him. But, I was not feeling well and thought to allow the entrepreneur his moment and instead of falling out on the floor, I turned around and left the mall with my friend and mother, who seemed to be having a better time than me. Later I thought he might have been a celebrity impersonator. 🤔 However, thinking about it, who could look that much like Curtis Jackson?!Buy it! You’ll like it! 📚

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting high- to ultra-high net worth individuals and what 50 talks about here is what you see in the top tiers, no matter what background/ethnicity you can envision. He has grit and a blunt cleverness in spades. Should be required reading for anyone asking themselves what they need to be successful. GET. THIS. BOOK! This book is a concrete demonstration of what is possible if you are willing to work for it. I am not a fan of his music and don’t think I’ve ever listened to a full song of his, but his story is applicable to anybody. His story of growing up poor and being shot 9 times to rising to be a top star in the industry is well known, and this book is his explanation of how that was possible. He emphasizes above all the value of hard work. Not only was this essential for his success, but he witnessed it in the numerous successful individuals that he’s interacted with, without exception. Other characteristics he identifies are to be fearless, cultivate the heart of a hustler, build a strong crew, know your value, evolve or die, shape perception, don’t be afraid to compete, learn from your L’s, and avoid the entitlement trap.It is unfortunate this sort of message is not more widely promulgated in our society. Instead, the common narrative is to focus on all of the unsuccessful people and blame the system for it and tell everyone they are a victim, somehow or in some way. We need more people pushing the positive message of 50 cent. One comment that pertains to his specific industry is that it is unfortunate that what he and fellow rappers convey in their songs is far from how they actually act.

We’ve always known there was a method to his madness, and now Curtis Jackson (aka 50 Cent) shares all with HUSTLE HARDER, HUSTLE SMARTER.There are so many nuggets in this book, delivered in a way that we are sure to not only understand for ourselves. It also helps us to understand the man and how he has continued to rise time and again.HUSTLE HARDER, HUSTLE SMARTER first of all rejects the idea of fear. As he mentions if you allow fear to keep you from even trying then you have already lost. He also talks about the importance of not giving up. Allowing adversities and bumps along the road to train him as well as propel him, Curtis Jackson shares how you can reach heights others thought were impossible. Some of his most famous “disagreements” with public figures are discussed in the book, but only in the context of how they fit into his bigger theme and message. Another great nugget? Don’t try to be anyone but yourself, because at the end of the day being real is all that matters.A masterclass from beginning to end, HUSTLE HARDER, HUSTLE SMARTER shines as a guide for those looking for encouragement in business as well as life.

It is easy to write a long review. I will keep it as brief as I can. This is a good book. After reading this book you should walk away with fostering a high degree of accountability and a strong need to take responsibility for all your actions. In my book no pun intended a person can really apply a lot of principles in this book as well as the 50th law. Between both books a person can definitely foster a strong sense of independence and determination to accomplish things in life and fortify their mind set and emotions to succeed, compete and dominate.

Curtis Jackson is a really smart guy. He puts everything in clear and simple language, but the strategic mind he has is exceptional. I learned so much in listening to a few chapters, and found myself thinking “What would Curtis Jackson do?” and I was pleased with the solutions I came up with when I did!Highly recommended.

Honestly, I did not expect to learn so much from Mr. Jackson. I definitely judged him by what is posted in the media or what he posted on Social Media. Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is a very smart man and not just street smart but business savvy. This is a definitely a great read and I would buy again and recommend to all my friends.

I’m a fan of Fif, but honestly wasn’t sure if this wouldn’t be some fluff just to sell books. I read one his other books and enjoyed it, so I decided to take a swing. I was pleasantly surprised at how informative, detailed and yet easy to read this book was. If you need a jumpstart in your life or career I highly recommend this book. It’s also great whether you’re 14 or 54. Real gems, and a great look inside the mind of a truly successful entrepreneur.

Its been such an honor to watch this man grow from “Get Rich or Die Trying” 50 to the man he is today. Even though he’s always been an open book (no pun intended) we really get to see a different side of 50… A more genuine side of forfty. He didn’t shy away from any of the headlines we’ve read about, he also gave us a reason why he did it… He gave us his tactics that he uses to get his goals accomplished ( Still a bully, but a likeable one). I cant brag about this book enough. I read it all over Mother’s day weekend. God bless him

This is my new favorite book. Some people might not find Curtis Jackson credible enough to write a book on self-development. This book proves them wrong. It’s worth every cent.Top three things I learned:1. If people in your circle are unwilling to evolve with you even after repeated attempts to inspire them, it might be time to move on.2. Have a vision. Focus on the potential, not the payday, but know your value.Entitlement is a trap.3. The world doesn’t owe you anything, and you don’t owe the world anything. Now get the audiobook.Never stop investing in yourself. Keep learning. If you seek, you shall find.

I did not like the “feel” of the paperback version, it was gritty like sandpaper. Maybe it fit the character but c’mon!!! So I purchased the hard copy, because I really like it and it was so much better.

50 really surprised me with this book. It’s very digestible and an easy read. He reveals all the secrets to success. What shocked me is how some of his methods are similar to some of the most successful people of all time. I’ve got a new appreciation for 50 and the methods to his madness! I’ll definitely get a physical copy to keep. Trust me this is a must read.

50 really put in some time and thought into this book. I can tell. He shared a lot of vulnerable parts of his character and awesome stories. I preordered it – The book is quick to read and better than I expected it to be. It’s interesting that while his biography was written when his street past overshadowed his new found success this book is the opposite in that now 50 spent most of his life as a successful businessman and shares a different perspective because of it

Honestly this book just confirmed what I already knew Curtis is that guy. I knew he was smart and this book just affirms that. He dropped so many gems in this book, that I think it should be read at least twice just to make sure every gem is planted. There’s people who just got it, there’s people who go get it, and there’s people who go create it, Curtis is all that in one. Legend. Definitely recommend this read, it’s was very much worth it.

I’m only 19 but I’ve been following 50 cent for the longest time and putting this aside i know anyone can relate to his book and words. Being able to connect real life examples with strategies and advice makes it easier for everyone to self reflect. Reading this allowed me to do more personal reflection and look back and question the way I thought and handled situations. As a person and not just a fan, he offers a realistic and honest way to understand his thoughts. He gives the common sense people lack in a common way. A lot of people talk about common sense in a way others don’t understand. I will for sure be changing stuff in my life.

First, I have to admit that I “thought” I was a 50 Cent fan; however, most of the songs he mentions in the book, I’d never heard of. The man I’ve grown to appreciate over the past years is Curtis Jackson, the entrepreneur. I know his music and I appreciate what he brought to hip hop, but I have been overly intrigued by his mindset in the business world. That part of his career, I’ve followed. I gracefully turned the pages and learned so much more about HOW he does it.Curtis does not seem to hold back much in the book. It’s almost as if he’s finally get some weight off his chest about the people and situations that have impacted him all of his life–so people can stop asking! So, take the time to appreciate all of his candor and examples. Obviously his examples are around music, film and literally hustling, but he takes the time to throw in layman examples for the average person.I’ve never read a book written by a rapper, except 50 Cent (I have read The 50th Law); so I cannot image what they all had to say about life, but this book is a MASTERPIECE. If you don’t like what he has to say, then you’re probably one of those people who will not and does not take responsibility for your mistakes and failures (just as he talks about in the book).Well done, Mr. Jackson!

If you are a fan of Hip Hop get this book. If you are a fan of 50 cent get this book. If you are an a musical artist, upand coming entrepreneur or just want some grounded useful advice get this book! Without going in depth, this book gets straight to the point from the first page to the last page. It doesn’t beat around the bush or feel long or drawn out. Honestly, if you are an avid reader you could get through this book in about 3-4 days! (took me almost 2 weeks) It gives you simple, easy to follow principles….though it be it somewhat cliche I assure you it will not disappoint.

As a whole, the book is a standard entrepreneurial and get people inspired and motivated book. But hell, 50 wrote it so it has to be good and it was, it had his flash and flair and some hip hop history to make the book interesting. It made me want to watch Starz too.I like how he brought his own history into it and explained how he aspired to achieve his goals. The giving back is probably the most motivating, once everything has been done and you have abundance, what else is there to do?

Curtis Jackson used tragedy, life’s obstacles, observations, and his heart to write this book. This self help book give readers insight into Jackson childhood memories, relationships, and how he propel his many successful business ventures.Similar language usage of the “principles of Law Attraction” was used as a guide to better understand the solutions that he offered as a “new way of thinking”.Striking familiarity in the individual who is seeking sustainability and strategic methods to relate in their personal life. Some of the guidance he wrote about was, “evolve or die, don’t be afraid to compete, and avoid the entitlement trap…”, just to name a few of the principles he offered.Accountability is one of the lessons that he learned and teaches readers the steps to apply it to their everyday life. Providing life examples of his business and friends relationship taught him that protecting his energy aura was important to his health and money. My favorite chapter was called, “The Entitlement Trap”. Jackson presented this question, “Are they making a deposit?” This is the key for the individual reflecting on the cons and pros in their life. While, trying to figure out what would be their next course of action.Eliminating negative people who are only making withdrawals in your life are considered ‘energy vampires’. Their only reasons for being around you is for their own selfish purpose. Once they have gotten what they needed from you. Than you no longer serve a purpose for them.Letting go is a lesson that is hard to learn but is a must.Hustle Harder- Hustle Smarter sets the tone for the individuals who have an intent but is searching for that ‘engine starter’. Curtis not only provides examples with thought out opinions but he pulls it all together to pose several objectives for the reader. Specifically, “…achieve your goals with purpose and confidence.”
