I love this journal SO MUCH! I actually just ordered a second one because I’ve almost filled this first one. It’s a simple idea, but has made a big impact for me. The prompts are super helpful, and the quotes on each page thought provoking.

It’s amazing the changes that come so quickly when you shift your perspective to positivity and gratitude. I’ve gotten way off track with that and this journal has helped me so much after just a few days of consistent am and pm use. I do wish there was a supplemental journal available with just the am and pm pages and then a bunch of blank pages for freestyle journaling or notes. I want to keep this great habit up!

This journal has helped me so much. It has taught me how to stay more positive and how to except the bad days. I love writing in the journal. It helps give me a positive start to my day. There’s a part that shows you how to sign up to receive positive affirmations to your phone. I highly recommend this. I so look forward to those affirmations. They have really helped me. Initially, I wasn’t aware that there would be as many pages dedicated in the beginning to talking about what positivity is/isn’t, how to foster positivity through self-care, etc. I thought it would jump right into the journal pages. Admittedly, i initially thought to just skip them due to feeling so busy & wanting to ‘get to the point”, but I’m glad I took the time to absorb the introductory information. It really set the stage for the journal pages. It has been a great way to accentuate the positives (big,small, & smedium) of the day, which can often get overlooked. Really glad I purchased it. I feel better taking the time out to reflect and write each day. A great purchase! Would highly recommend this journal. With all the craziness going on around us daily it’s important to remember the positive and be grateful.
